APG President Scott Alexander founded the firm over a decade ago with the goal to create partnerships with strong synergies and aligned goals. Alexander leads his work with the belief that providing the world’s best service and cultivating the strongest relationships will ensure success for the client and a competitive advantage for the firm.

Scott Alexander has worked in commercial real estate for 20 years. He founded Alexander Property Group in 2010 with a primary focus on tenant representation; today, he works with several notable regional and national restaurant groups across the Carolinas. He has built a solid and trusted reputation for his strong market knowledge, fierce determination to advance his clients’ goals and needs, and a passion for partnership.
He is a proud graduate of the University of Kansas where he played tennis on full scholarship.
